and general management. He founded this firm in 1996, and has completed
executive-level search assignments in sales and marketing,
finance, operations, human resources, engineering, administration,
healthcare and most other functional areas for organizations in many industries.
A graduate of Princeton University, he has written articles
about recruiting, business management and strategy for Inc., Fortune
Small Business, Dun & Bradstreet, Venture, and Kiplinger’s,
and has been quoted in the Harvard Business Review.
Kimball Shaw
has been an independent search consultant since 1980. Prior, while at
the consulting firm Arthur D. Little, he conducted many assignments
concerning organizational development, operations, compensation and
manpower utilization. He is a graduate of Trinity College in
Connecticut, and is based in Hingham, Massachusetts.
