• Industrial Executive Search:  

This search was for the VP/Sales and Marketing for a manufacturer occupying a unique niche in military electronics.  We discovered that the company had a much different mindset than did most serving the same customer base.

• Physician Search Consulting Assignment.:
  

This hospital in Upstate New York retained us to find a General Surgeon, preferably one with some ability to do thoracic procedures. We were able to recruit a General Thoracic Surgeon willing to have up to 50% of his practice be composed of general surgery cases.

• Healthcare Administration Executive Search:  
  

This hospital needed a Chief Operating Officer who could transform an organization that was reeling from what the staff felt were a series of unneeded reorganizations.  In addition to making the staff feel comfortable with the top management at the hospital once again, we learned that it was critical the new COO would have to bridge the physician/administration rift.
